Deadlift party with my sissies @fitnessa24fit @_daniicakezz 💖 @womensbest 💖 Pulled 260lbs and then 175lbs for a set of 15! Both of my loves hit PRs too 😍 We used smelling salts from @jujimufu and it definitely made me feel more aggressive. Such an annoying smell 😂 Loving my workouts lately and seeing my strength go up each week! Hope y’all are enjoying your week so far 😊

Happy Wednesday loves! Feeling happier and energetic since the Sun is finally peeking through after being gloomy and cloudy for what seems like forever🙏🏼 I’m so ready for spring and summer 🌸☀️ Gonna focus on deadlifts tonight and hopefully hit a new PR, then dance for some cardio!! FULL WORKOUT:
•Incline chest press- 4x12
•Barbell Rows- 4x8
•Machine Chest Flyes- 4x12
•Lat Pull Downs- 4x12
•Face Pulls- 4x12
Finished off with some abs and dancing for cardio. Starting to increase the intensity of my workouts slowly but surely 💃🏼

Happy Monday 💖 Training leggies in a bit! it’s a new week and I could not feel more grateful for that. 3 weeks ago smiling, training, dancing, and just being my normal energetic self seemed so distant. Time really does heal, and with each passing day I’m feeling better, learning new things, growing mentally and physically, and feeling stronger. If you are going through a hard time right now, I promise it will get better. Even if it doesn’t seem like it at this moment. You are all strong and capable of anything. Time is always moving forward and difficult times won’t last forever, but they will forever make you stronger and help you grow. Wishing you all a great week with nothing but love, light, and happiness 🙏🏼💖

This workout consisted of:
•Hanging knee raises- 3 sets of 8-12 reps
•Hip Thrusts- 4x8 reps with 245lbs + resistance ban
•Deficit RDLs SS Static holds (30 seconds)- 4x8 135 lbs
•Cable kickbacks- 3x20 each leg
•Hamstring Curls- 3x20 each leg

•Heavy squats
•Hip Thrusts
•Hack Squats (drop sets)
•Good mornings
•Cable Kickbacks
•Leg extensions & Leg curls
All of which are staples in my leg/glute routine. I do alternate between heavier days and high volume days and I always aim to get stronger in a variety of set and rep ranges! Current training split is 3 leg days a week and 3 upper body days a week with dancing or walking for my cardio 😊
