Happy new year‘s eve!! Where are you spending it?!

Doesn't winter make you feel like a child again? It snowed pretty intensive as we walked along the lake shore and it seemed like @__linda________ was enjoying it too.

Can't complain, cause this place is actually almost on my doorstep. So I shot this before I went to work one morning. Would you live here too? 😄

The view on Bern never disappoints me. The golden street lights and the roofs covered with fresh snow are just amazing. If you know a city that is prettier, let me know ;)

Shoutout to Friday for being so super awesome. Shot this on a Friday too, after I left work early for driving to South Tyrol. Not early enough, because I missed the best light in the valley. These were the last colors in the sky before night came in. ✨😄

Up here on 2500 meters above sea level you get a beautiful view on the Odle Group. A view that almost lets you forget about the cold wind, which is blowing constantly and heavily.

We decided to spend a lazy Sunday having a quick shooting with @vanlifejam.
Our first location failed because fog came in right after we were set up. So we looked for a higher location and I knew this place ususally seemed to be less foggy. As soon as we drove out of the fog we had a great view of one of the glaciers and it was covered with fresh snow. I usually go crazy at moments like this, no difference this time.
Oh, and I also sold my drone, because I was never happy with the quality (or maybe I'm just a bad pilot?!) so it's only #lumixandme from now on @lumix_ch

Who remembers these steep cliffs and waterfalls from the lord of the rings? 😜 It's a pretty famous place in Switzerland and I came through here a couple times for skiing, but I never actually took the time for taking in the beauty of this valley. So finally I spent some hours exploring it with @nature_by_matthias_rufibach and shot this on a morning in early fall. Thanks to my awesome photographer friend @babuschkina who reminded me of all the quotes from the lord of the rings and helped me name this photograph ☺️. Now what is your favorite LOTR quote? 😄✨

I was at this location three days in a row. The first day I ended up soaking wet in pouring rain. On day two I had to tie my camera to a massive rock because of super strong winds and I also took this picture while I was witnessing the rad colors in the sky. The third day was my favorite though. Actually I was pretty happy with this shot already, but I wanted to get a different angle. So again, I was hiking around for a while, looking for a better composition. But fog came in and I decided to call it a day, walked back to the trail and somehow intuitively looked up to the sky and saw a huge golden eagle right above my head. It was so close and impressive, I almost got scared and for a moment I was just stunned by it's majestic beauty. I watched it fly in circles and then eventually disappear in the fog over the lake. That was just epic and a moment to remember!

Thanks for the love on my last post!! ❤️
So here's the milky way over the Tre Cime di Lavaredo. ✨
As we arrived at this spot we found out that there was a hut right next to it, but we'd rather hike 1.5 hours back to a lower hut and back up after 3 hours of sleep. This saved us 5 Euros AND made our legs stronger - BOOOM!! 🤘🤓

Some years ago I went summer skiing and on one of my first runs I was on the lift with @emk_mtn. We immediately became friends and skied and filmed together before he went back home to the UK. We couldn't share our passion for the mountains for too long because skiing gave us both a hard time with injuries. Life is an up and down and we finally managed to spontaneously meet up again this month in the Dolomites. It's a great feeling, seeing people after a long period of time and we're both still addicted to the mountains with or without skiing. Although it rained a lot, we got to see the beautiful landscapes and did some cool hikes to get closer to the stunning spiky peaks you can find everywhere in this area. I took the picture on the first clear morning after the storm, near the Groedner Joch. Thanks to all the rain, the air was so clear and I was just blown away by my surroundings as the sun rose. Next post is going to be about the famous Tre Cime. I'm having a star trails and milky way shot ready of them. So if you really read this caption to the end, then vote in the comments for either "light trails" or "milky way" and decide what you want to see next ✨😊💫🌌
