Expanding my #electricadventures with this Growler E-bike from @rockymountainbicycles .. -ebiked 10km to the trail head, warmed up, ran 9km and then I ebiked home.. made for a pretty fun afternoon adventure.

Forget summit fever.. stop and enjoy the views. Thanks @chrisrubens for the picture as we get close to the summit on Frenchmans Cap last week.

There are soo many uncaptured moments on our day yesterday. 12 hours boat to boat, epic approach, huge vertical, rock scrambling, summit time, belaying, skiing, a small avalanche, a cliff huck, powder skiing, crust skiing, corn skiing... all in all an epic adventure that was well worth it. @salomonfreeski @arcteryx

frenchmans cap.... oh you crush me every time.. thank you

Motivation is lacking today. Beautiful and sunny and instead I am sitting here at home. ( not sitting in the mountains, like this photo!)

@chrisrubens lost 2$ in a bet with me. To earn it back he dropped into the shelf line without rappelling in. Looked like an easy 2$.. and the first time, that I know of, that anyone skied directly in. @salomonfreeski

“Sick”....

Cheers to mountains!! Thanks for everything you have given me. Mt-Matier (the blurry peak in the background) was one of my first mountains ever climbed. As I climbed the snowface, the sun set line was below me. Energized by the alpen glow I busted ass to get to the summit, raced by the shadows of night. Standing on the summit I knew I had found something special. 20+ years later and it still resonates with me.

I honestly head out into the mountains for hardship and challenge, yes it’s because of the rewards, but I like being uncomfortable. @arcteryx

Sometimes I confidently shred steep lines, other times I work my way down slowly.
This is on Mt-Decker, and one of the first steeper lines I ever skied, wayyyyyy back in 2000. Filmed @rylo

What a week in whistler. 11 mountain tops, lots of great skiing and high fives with friends new and old.

I have know Caroline for years and watched her progression into a ski mountaineer. Now she is off to Everest to work towards equality for women. She recently hurt her knee and is working hard to get ready for the highest mountain on earth. Follow her @carolinegleich and check out the short film #climbforequality on the @rylo feed. #storiesthatmove
