Salcombe Gin  We create exceptional gin at our waterside Distillery on Island St, Salcombe which is also home to our Bar, Gin School and The Victuallers.

Co-founder Angus and Allister Bishop Head Chef at South Sands Hotel will host their first gin and gastronomy evening tomorrow (7th June) and again on 5th July.

Diners at @seahorse.restaurant tomorrow are in for a treat with guest chefs Fergus Henderson & Trevor Gulliver from @st.john.restaurant. Lunch will commence with a bespoke cask-aged English Negroni which has been aged in a French oak cask at our distillery.

Our Salcombe Crabfest cocktail 'THE SEASHORE' is now available from our Distillery Bar featuring our special edition CRABFEST 2018 GIN, the first of our VICTUALLER EDITION GINS.

The 'Seashore' - a citrus gin cocktail with subtle spice and ginger warmth which pairs beautifully with seafood, especially crab.
