This has been my first challenge and I'm so glad I joined!!! I feel so much better about myself. I've gained confidence, happiness and it's even helped me in my relationship! My boyfriend tells me I'm in a much better mood and a lot nicer now! Haha! The Fitfam has been the best part about this whole process. I've made such good friends who give me the motivation and accountability that I need!! I love everything about CSATT FITNESS and can't wait to start my second challenge!! If I can do it, so can YOU

Two months ago I signed up for a 30 day challenge with @cody_sattler and honestly I have to say it has been one of the best decisions I've made. Shockingly last month I made the Top 10 and was so overwhelmed to even be considered in the Top 10 with Papa Z and everyone else. Papa Z you're crushing it keep it up!
As for the start of this challenge I can't remember if i weighed myself or not but either way from the end of last challenge to now I've lost another 10lbs and officially down to 223! (Februarys challenge 246lbs to 233lbs) I had to go through my old military records to find out my previous weights from years past and the last time I weighed this little was in 2006. Unlike last months challenge I held myself more accountable on making it to the gym and pushing myself harder, although I'm still not at the level I want to be at there were days were motivation and laziness took over but like Cody has said it’s not about perfection, it’s about making yourself better then you were yesterday and I have to say I owe it to all of the members of the Fitfam and Cody for the motivation and knowledge to help me keep grinding.
And although I say "challenge" it's not a challenge it's a lifestyle change. Yes there's going to be a top 10, a winner and 2nd place finisher. But, everyone who is in this group is a winner because you decided to make a lifestyle change. You are pushing yourselves everyday maybe every other day for that matter but either way you're pushing yourself regardless to become better than you were the day before. Don't just give it 30 days give it the rest of your life! So here’s to the next "challenge", this new lifestyle and of course beating yesterday!

Before my first challenge I was taking multiple medications for allergies, high cholesterol, high triglycerides (988 at its highest ), heart burn, and impotence. I decided to stop taking all of this half way through the first challenge knowing that I had up coming doctor's appointments. The Heart burn, allergies and impotence disappeared as the weight came off. And I'm super excited to say that my cholesterol is good and the triglycerides were 269. I now only take 1 pill a day!
You have changed my life and I will forever be thankful and my girlfriend really thanks you too! ! I've to date lost 30lbs and many inches, all of which I did with a injured shoulder. I had to modify your plan so that I was only doing cardio, legs and core workouts. I never would be where I'm at without your plans.

March of 2015 marked the lowest I have ever been in my life. While I needed to lose 30 - 40 lbs I somehow put ON 15-20 lbs in a SIX WEEK time period due to stress, anxiety, depression, and traveling. I felt pulled in 50 directions and I was burning the candle at both ends. Even during a four month period where I was unemployed "studying for the gmat" ( I didn't study once) I felt like I should use my free time giving service. I filled my time with volunteer work of every kind and was resentful I had no time for myself even while seemingly unemployed. The beginning phrase, "find a way or find an excuse" described me to a T. It was all about excuses. I thought that by serving others I would find myself. While I'm a huge advocate for service, I realize now there needed to be a balance, and I can't light someone's fire if my wick is burned out. I needed to find a way.
Fast forward to March 2016. I was at the gym looking up workouts on Instagram and I came across your page, not knowing who you were. I signed up for my first challenge that same day after seeing all the amazing transformations. I signed up because I wanted to change my appearance. And secretly, I thought If I could change the way I looked and become more fit , someone would be incentivized to look past all my bullshit and show me I was deserving of love.

I can’t believe that this is the end of challenge #6 for me!
I started this program 2.5 weeks after the birth of my 3rd child in 3 years and I was convinced that I would do it for 30 days and then be able to continue this on my own. I was going to going to try to win $5000 and then be done. Reflecting back on before my first challenge, I can’t believe how much has changed in the last 7.5 months and how wrong I was about just doing 1 challenge… I am hooked!
This program has changed my life. It has given me the tools and resources I need to succeed in fitness and nutrition. I am nowhere near where I want to be, but I am a lot closer than I was 7.5 months ago. I continue to see small changes and believe that these small changes will lead to big changes in the end. I am a continual work in progress and I am ok with that. Before these challenges I didn’t truly enjoy working out but knew I needed to do it. But now, my workout is what I look forward to most in my day. I truly have fallen in love with this process!! I am so grateful for the motivation and support of everyone in the Fit Fam. Bring on challenge #7!

If I can do it, you can do it! It was hard... I wanted to give up, I wanted to cry, I could barely walk for a couple days, and I made excuses. But like Cody says "if it was easy, everyone would do it". Let me tell you, it got easier! I'm not a very motivated person, but with the help of the Fit Fam Facebook page, friends, and family I became more motivated each and every day! I don't look at this as a 30 day challenge anymore, I see it as a lifestyle!

Looking back to 30 days ago, I am simply amazed at the changes in my life. Not just physically but in every aspect. I view life so differently now and wake up every day wanting to conquer whatever life throws at me.

When I first signed up for this challenge, I had no idea what to expect. I have been overweight my entire life, always been the chubby girl. I used this as an excuse to tell myself I couldn't do what others could do and that'd I'd always be bigger. Man was I wrong... This experience has completely changed my life... My family, my friends, my coworkers and even my professors have all noticed some sort of change in me whether it be mentally or physically. I am such a better version of myself today on day 30 than I've EVER BEEN!

It wasn't easy, I couldn't ALWAYS do everything in the workouts... and I had my hard days but I CANNOT thank Cody Sattler and the fit fam enough for changing my life. The physical changes may be small but the motivation, support and love everyone shows me on a daily basis mean the world to me. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! Bring on challenge #2, it's a lifestyle baby!

"Csatt Fitness Success Story"

Where to start? Is this not the best program ever!? I think yes! You guys. It's so awesome! I love that its all about creating a lifestyle. I love that it's about community, about lifting each other up, and encouraging each other. Is that not just the coolest? :) Now, time to be real. I was no where near perfect during this challenge. Did I fall of the wagon a time or two? Uh yes! Many a times. But the big thing I've had to change over these last few days is the way I think. No more "Oh I'll start tomorrow," or "I'll get back on the wagon on Monday." Any body else like that? Where if your day is already not going perfect, you just kinda give up for that day, or even week. I'm a little OCD when it comes to stuff like that. I have to have things even. But, I realized that's just ridiculous thinking. I needed to live minute to minute. If I had a not so good breakfast, I needed to say, "K! The rest of the day I need to kick arss!" Over the past 5 years my body has grown 3 babies. Some of the cutest I might add ;) My youngest was 6 months, so I was so ready to get back in shape. I've had to realize that I'm never gonna have that perfect stomach, and that's ok. Also, I've always been a relatively healthy eater. I'm not a pop drinker, and I don't really like candy, but I do love carbs, and not even bad carbs, but a lot of carbs. I love cereal, pretty sure I could live off it for the rest of my life. I also was having some stomach issues. I would have major stomach pains every evening, and wasn't sure as to why. I wasn't eating horrible things, so I was rather confused. But Fit Fam to the rescue!! I found out it was the Whey protein! And dairy. So thanks to you all, no more stomach aches!! Continue reading in comments below 👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽

Wow, where do I begin. Before this challenge I ate anything I wanted and didn't care about the consequences it had on my body. I complained daily to my husband how tired I was and how much I hated the look in the mirror. I tried to do the challenge once before and fell off due to bad headaches. This time I was determined to push past.

I fought the horrible headaches and made it to day 2, then 3, then 4 and I never looked back. I was determined to make myself proud and to make my husband even prouder. I watched everyone's videos, snapchats, and recently your live videos and was determined that if others could do it so could I. I can't wait to crush challenge #3 for me.
I'm determined to live this lifestyle now and to not look back at how I used to live. I never thought I could give up things I loved so much before this challenge. However, when there is a will there is a way. If I can do this challenge anyone can do it.
Thank you Cody because without you there is no way I could have done this. You are by far an inspiration. Thanks again!

This was my first challenge with you and I don't think I can praise you enough. You really have changed the way I look at myself and fully changed my lifestyle.

I was your typical yo-yo dieter and always looking for the quick fix. I tried multiple cleanses, I joined a gym, I had spurts of being active and being motivated, but nothing ever stuck. If I saw results they were gone weeks later and I was back to my old bad habits. I would also putter around the gym, never actually knowing what to do or working hard.
I can honestly say that this is the first time I have ever felt like something has clicked. I signed up for your challenge when I realized my wedding was exactly 5 months away. I told myself a year ago when I got engaged that I would lose the weight and feel comfortable in my own skin before my wedding day, but I never did anything substantial to try and make that happen. All of a sudden the big day was only 5 months away and the realization hit me hard.

I had been following you on Instagram and watching the transformations for a while, and finally I said enough is enough, I need to do something about this.

I have lost about 10 inches, a good amount of pounds, and gained a bunch of muscle! I know I still have a long way to go, but I am happy with my progress so far, and even more happy with that muscle between my ears because it is finally understanding and adapting to what needs to be done to create this lifestyle and continue on this path.
Not only are you an incredible person and motivator, I have found a new family in the FitFam and could not be happier.

Thank you so much for everything!! I am so excited to start challenge 2 and continue with this amazing process and lifestyle!

"Csatt Fitness Success Story"

This 30 days has definitely been eye opening. I started out the month feeling a little overwhelmed with all my new responsibilities at work. I also have two children and my husband works long hours. My children are very involved at school and with sports. The sports team involves me coaching as well, so there are a lot of things that I have in my life. I am not making excuses by any means, but it was definitely a month where I have had to juggle a lot and find the time to work out.
I now truly understand the 80/20 that Cody is always talking about. You can't be perfect 100% of the time all the time. I worked hard on the days that I could and didn't hold it against myself for the days where I couldn't do it. I have grown again so much mentally and I have learned not to be so hard on myself all the time.
At the end of it all, I have lost 5 pounds this month and 25 pounds over all. My picture is definitely not as dramatic as the last ones, but I am proud that I am sticking to it and working as hard as I am. I am so happy that I took on this challenge in January. You are incredibly motivating and a great inspiration to us all!
