"Csatt Fitness Success Story"
Where to start? Is this not the best program ever!? I think yes! You guys. It's so awesome! I love that its all about creating a lifestyle. I love that it's about community, about lifting each other up, and encouraging each other. Is that not just the coolest? :) Now, time to be real. I was no where near perfect during this challenge. Did I fall of the wagon a time or two? Uh yes! Many a times. But the big thing I've had to change over these last few days is the way I think. No more "Oh I'll start tomorrow," or "I'll get back on the wagon on Monday." Any body else like that? Where if your day is already not going perfect, you just kinda give up for that day, or even week. I'm a little OCD when it comes to stuff like that. I have to have things even. But, I realized that's just ridiculous thinking. I needed to live minute to minute. If I had a not so good breakfast, I needed to say, "K! The rest of the day I need to kick arss!" Over the past 5 years my body has grown 3 babies. Some of the cutest I might add ;) My youngest was 6 months, so I was so ready to get back in shape. I've had to realize that I'm never gonna have that perfect stomach, and that's ok. Also, I've always been a relatively healthy eater. I'm not a pop drinker, and I don't really like candy, but I do love carbs, and not even bad carbs, but a lot of carbs. I love cereal, pretty sure I could live off it for the rest of my life. I also was having some stomach issues. I would have major stomach pains every evening, and wasn't sure as to why. I wasn't eating horrible things, so I was rather confused. But Fit Fam to the rescue!! I found out it was the Whey protein! And dairy. So thanks to you all, no more stomach aches!! Continue reading in comments below 👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽
