I felt the need to find a starting point for this prep and get a small indication as to where I am at strength wise. This is 320kgs. Technique is rusty but, my position is not to bad. I learn from football to be consistent with going over film and not only being objective but always have 1-2 people who are straight up enough to tell you when you are shit. This is actually really strong for me at this point in the prep and I obviously had a lot more in the tank to build from. Just a snippet of the extra stuff I been doing to positively impact my bar position and shoulder health. Probably not my best idea to bench yesterday 😆🤷🏼‍♂️

Some more of my offseason output. 2x8 150kg 2x6 155kgs 2x8 Slingshot (Flat) 170kg 4x6 CG Banded Elephant Chins 4x10 Triceps 4x10 Variations of Shoulder Work. So I press every 4 days and periodise a core lift. For me that's Comp Bench, Incline Bench, Comp Squat and Deficit Pulls then compliment weaknesses with accessory work 👍🏼
