If you suffer from niggling pains, injuries, discomfort or feeling weak or unstable doing certain exercises then this is a great chance to get a professional's advice on what the issue is and how to resolve it. Each session is 10 minutes and can be booked in at the gym or by getting in touch with us. #physio #rehab

A glute and hamstring triset for your enjoyment πŸ˜† you can really feel the burn on this one!
6x split squat on each leg
6x kettlebell single leg deadlift on each leg
12x heavy kettlebell swings
5x rounds, rest for 60 seconds between each round. I've sped the video up 2x as it's quite long, really slow down your split squats and deadlifts to make the muscles work that little bit harder. Make sure you use your glutes to power the kettlebell on the swings, I've slowed down the last couple of seconds so you can see the movement better and how much I squeeze my butt πŸ‘πŸΌ.
