The muscle that handles most of the work during this exercise is the pectoralis major, which is the main chest muscle. Muscles in your shoulders and arm are are used while carrying out this exercise also. There should be some sort of fly involved in every chest work out ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ

Hack squat Henry! @henry_milford puts in 110% every time he steps foot in the gym! He trains hard and has fun while doing it. He is achieving his goals and seeing changes in his body. This was the final set of 4 where we did a drop set. ๐Ÿ‘. Have you ever used a hack squat?

The Hanging Leg Raise is one of the best exercises for developing abdominal and core strength. Raising your legs engages all of your abdominal muscles, including the lower abs. Exercises such as crunches only engage the upper abs. I train abs extremely rarely (once a month) but gain them through a good diet. Questions welcome ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ
