😋Matcha Protein Muffins .
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp @1upnutrition Natural Vegan Vanilla Protein ( or flavor of your choice )
- 1 tsp high quality matcha powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp stevia
- 3 tbsp almond milk
- 1/2 tbsp (7.5 ml) vegetable oil
.
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375f. In a bowl add flour, protein powder, matcha powder, baking powder and stevia. Whisk until evenly blended and no lumps remain. You want to break apart any matcha or flour lumps before adding the liquid. Add in milk and oil. Mix until batter is smooth and uniform. Divide the cake mixture between the muffins cases -approx 1 tsp of mixture for each muffin. Place in the oven to cook for 8-9 minutes. Let them cool and enjoy!
