(Runners, double all the number with an asterik* directly behind them for your workout.)

Do at least a 2-3 minute warmup PRIOR to starting.
-
Last Chance - Great kickstart since it's a short song, too, but make sure you do a warmup beforehand or else you mind cramp up later on.
-
Are You Gonna be My Girl? - Can you jog / speedwalk for 3-1/2 minutes? Well, now's your chance to find out.
-
Rollover DJ - Take a slight breather but keep up a fast pace.
-
Look What You've Done - You made a fool of everyone (that has yet to even start trying). Take a true breather and get some water in you.
-
Get What You Need - Pick up the pace or steady on, depending on which end of the range you chose for the previous song.
-
Move On - Personally I'd steady on at 3.0, but if you still need another breather, it's yours.
-
Radio Song - A naturally slow song with a built in double time, so go for the 3.5.
-
Get Me Outta Here - The next two songs are my favorite and help keep my energy going. Great boost, so amp it up reach that 4.0.
-
Cold Hard Bitch - Slow your pace slightly to 3.5 to get the interval workout effect.
-
Come Around Again - Another slow pace with a double time built in. If you need a breather before finishing off, take 1-2 minutes during the song at a slower pace, but immediately get back to 3.0 afterwards.

Take it or Leave It - No excuses, jog / speedwalk the 4.0. If you truly can't go so fast due to medical issues, half-time it at 2.0, but ONLY if you have a medical reason. The song is only 2-1/3 minutes long, you can do it!

Lazy Gun - Calm down again at a steady 3.0. -
Timothy - A perfect built in cool down. Take it, you deserve it.
-
**This workout, not including warmups or cool downs is just under 49 minutes.**
