Here's a quick vid for how to get into #firelogpose and then walking forward (just an option). Just remember your legs should form a triangle if you look straight down -- knees and ankles stacked, shins parallel to the mat.
Take a figure 4 if this doesn't work for you.

Another awesome stretch for tomorrow, also focused on the hips!
If this is too much for your knees or hips, a great modification is Figure 4 stretch (on your back, leg crossed over). 1 - Start in a seated position. Bend your left leg and set it on the ground so that the shin is parallel to the front of your mat (or what would be the mat if you're not using one). If this is already problematic for your body, lay back and take figure 4.
2 - Stack the right heel on the left knee and the right knee on the left heel. I always bring my hands behind me to lift my hips off the ground for a second and sit back down to stack the knees and ankles a bit better. When you look down it should form a triangle (pelvis the tip of the triangle, knees/ankles the base). It's not the same as sitting cross legged. If the top crossed leg sticks up quite a bit or is uncomfortable, lay back for figure 4.
3 - You can keep your hands behind you lifting your chest (left pic) or you can walk forward to a flat spine (shown right.
4 - Hold and breathe.
5 - Repeat on the other side.

b_dudz Did a little early evening #SweatADay pose to just take some time to reflect. This pose is #Day9: Reclined Cow Face and it REALLY stretched out my hips. Holy cow! (No pun intended) I am starting to incorporate yoga into my life more and I am really learning to appreciate the time for reflection and self growth. Everything will be alright if I just breathe (hence the song attached to the photo - no video for this) P.S. The photo on the left was my view while holding the pose. Open sky...open thoughts.
