Here are some tips to help with that post workout soreness check your form. Are you using proper form? Are you balancing your workouts.. Left arm lifts, then right arm lifts? Are you stretching before and after your training sessions? get a massage, a foam roller massage listen to your body.. Are you lifting to heavy? Training too much? stay hydrated! Plenty of protein and eat the rainbow.. If your going to be training hard, you need to make sure your body is being fueled properly
