howtotipss_x How to spice up ur room!! ♡ first off make it ur own and go crazy ♡ ♡ colours ♡ - choose ur fave colours to paint ur room
- make sure the colours match - either stick wth bright/neons, pastels, vintage colours, etc. but in my opinion if u mix vintage wth neons (etc.) it doesn't look as good ♡ bins ♡ - find a boring old bin & coloured rapping paper (of something like that) to match ur room & go ahead & wrap that bin up!!
- u can do the same wth tubs, pots, etc. ♡ fairy lights & ribbons ♡ - go crazy and hang them everywhere : above ur bed, above shelves, etc. ♡ photos & D.I.Y stickers ♡ - find some kwl frames & paint them to match ur room, put some photos in them & tad-aaaa done!!
- for the D.I.Y stickers u wil need: •Sticky paper (it is normal / shiney paper wth a sticky back but it has like paper to keep it sticker on the back) • a printer

How to stay 'pretty' & healthy! ♡ don't forget ur all beautiful the way u r!!! ♡
HEALTH & BEAUTY♡ - eat fruits & vegetables even tho they r not the nicest u will be able to find some u like!! - don't eat loads of junk food (no-matter how gr8 it tastes) but do t forget to treat yourself from time to time!!
- exercise even if it's just playing sport for a school team or something it still counts!!
- get regular check-ups from ur doctor just to make sure u r all ok!!
- have a varied diet (u don't need healthy food for every meal!!) BEAUTY♡
- don't wear too much make up natural is better!!
- brush ur hair every day!!
- wash ur hair every other day or if u can every two days bcoz if u wash it everyday it's bad for it!!

- use eye-drops!
- use nasal-spray!
- bring tissues wth u everywhere!
- don't rub ur eyes because that is when they go very red, puffy & they hurt ; if ur eyes r itchy blink quite hardly a few times until it goes away but if ur eyes r rly itchy where the end of ur eye is (near to ur temple) put ur hand there & pull & move it, this may sound very weird but it stops them from being itchy!
- if u get a rly itchy throat drink milk it makes it go away!
- if u get a rly soar throat eat a marshmallow it will take the pain away straight away for about 1/2 an hr!
