    he's the singer of A Rocket To The Moon.
    they have been one of my favorite bands for years, and tonight I finally got to meet them.
    first off, their set was amazing. all of the songs that they played tonight were great.
    I'm not going to lie, during their set I cried about twice.
    I don't care, I'll admit it.
    I sang to all the songs I could, and now I've lost my voice. that's cool.
    but after the show was over, all four bands came into the lobby and did signings and pictures.
    Nick was the last ARTTM member to meet, and when I walked up to him, I was speechless. I could barely get out "thank you" without nearly crying. he said its okay and hugged me.
    he said come back after to talk, so I did. I too him how his bands music has helped me an always lifted my spirits. I told him how it helped dying recovery and all of the shitty times. he listened, hugged me, then said "it's okay. I understand. I'm SO glad our music has helped, and just remember to always believe in yourself. I believe in you. our music will always be here."
    he hugged me again, shook my hand, and asked for my name. I told him and he said "well nice to meet you, I'm nick." then shook my hand and smiled.
    this band has saved my life, and I finally got the chance to tell them.

    I was lucky enough to see them live tonight. (along with Brighten, A Rocket To The Moon, and The Maine). now, I made Joel a promise today.
    after talking for a while, I told him of my scars. and he gave me the best advice. he actually gives a shit, and he just met me.
    he told me to stay me, look for the positive and said he knows I can do it. he told me to ALWAYS reach for the stars and go after what I want.
    he told me about himself, and how we relate. he has inspired me, and I promised him that I would never harm myself, in any way, ever again.
