whitneyulrich Crossfit totals today!! 1 rep of back squat, strict press and deadlift. The first time I did this was the beginning of February and got 479 total lbs which I was already happy with but I wanted so badly to just be in the 500 club today and I crushed that goal with a new total weight of 570!!!! #200 back squat (#27 improvement) #95 strict press (#17 improvement) and deadlift #275 (#47 improvement) I am completely in awe and stoked!!!! I needed today to see my progression and it is truly amazing what the body is capable of with hard work!! Thank you @crossfit_kimokeo @mbyrd801 @csmith801 for coaching and pushing me past what I ever thought I could do!
