kfray175 Didn't really know what I wanted to do today for my #FYF @danescobar_175 said #manmakers and I said #skierg sprints. So ended up doing 10x manmakers @ 2x30# DB + 250m skierg max rds in an hour. Note man makers must be done unbroken and 250m must be done in 55sec or less... If you fail to hit either of the standards during a rd that rd doesn't count.... Finished with 12 rds of pure "fun" #gymjones #unfuckyourhead 2d

100 KB Clean and Press with some extras along the way.
@25 reps run 1/2 mile
@50 reps 100 squat jumps I go you go 5 reps at a time
@75 reps 500 meter SkiErg or rower
@100 reps 25 Burpees
All reps are completed 1 rep at a time I go you go format with your partner...as soon as the kb's touch the ground that is your partners signal to complete their rep.

jay_maxedge I've never tried a Z Press till today after seeing it posted by @bobbymaximus this is how I worked it into my workout.
100 Meters SkiErg increase meters by 100 every round for 10 Rounds.
20 45# Barbell Z Press
20 Yard Barbell walking lunge at #95 lbs
Then
8 Rounds of 500 meter SkiErg
20 Z Press & 20 back squats with the barbell.
