annepursell Another healthy dinner idea with quick, easy prepping, and super yummy! Definitely ideal for when you have kids, are pressed for time, tired, and don't feel like cooking. All you need (serves 2): 2 3-oz. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 1 cup chopped broccoli, 1 cup chopped bell pepper (personal preference), 1 cup cooked whole-wheat pasta (any style), 2 tsp. olive oil, 1 dash each basil/parsley/sea salt. Directions: preheat oven to 400 degrees, place chicken breasts and vegetables in a glass baking dish, drizzle with olive oil and all seasonings, place in oven and bake for 25 minutes. While that's baking, cook pasta in medium pot/saucepan for 15 minutes (or to desired tenderness). 1 cup each of corn, chopped peppers and cucumber
Add chopped fresh cilantro
1tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
Stir and enjoy!!! Can also too with avocado.

spoonsandbells I mean but really...this is dessert for breakfast! Hurry and go make these Brownie Overnight Oats, and they'll be ready to devour in the morning. I shared my basic Overnight Oats recipe last week. Now we get creative with it!
1/3 cup oats
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
1-2 TB cocoa powder
stevia to taste
1 TB chopped walnuts

Stir all ingredients except walnuts in a bowl, cover, and let sit in the fridge overnight. In the morning, top oats with walnuts. Eat cold. Lick bowl. #getinmybelly
