After my 2nd baby, I knew I had to get control of my health in order to be a better mom, wife, and teacher! I joined a 90 day FIT challenge and one week later...I committed to being a coach! Nope, I was no where near my goal weight and you don't have to be either. Coaching is not about being in the best shape of your life, its not about having a degree in nutrition or fitness, it's about having PASSION & DEDICATION! I'm now doing something I doing and at the same time earning enough income to pay for childcare. It's my job to strive for a healthier life , and to show others how fun it is to workout, eat clean and be happy about feeling GOOD!

misskourtneebikini This girl had not one ounce of #motivation today. This week has been an off week so far (don't ask me why) but I decided to take a #progresspic. Left side is today, right side is a week ago. When I saw that my tummy was going away I smiled the biggest i have all week. It's the little things like this that keeps me going. Week by week I notice the changes and that's why I keep pushing. I am now in better shape than I was three months ago and I still have twelve weeks until I walk on that stage. Earn your stripes as we all know means that you do something to prove your capability of a particular rank or job. Upon receipt of stripes you move up with great knowledge and experience. And hopefully never forget that experience. I cant think of any "stripes" I have earned but may be just state my fitness related "stripes" lol. My @weightwatchers medallions are my "stripes." They mean so much to me because I worked hard to earn those medallions not to mention the 5lbs & bravo stars. With those medallions come pride and cockiness. Cockiness that I can do it anyhow I want. Eat like a pig, train like beast. After all my "stripes" speak for itself. If I got my 100lbs medallion once I can do anything. Well, that was not always the case. The good thing is that I always learn from my experiences. I have learnt also that I am the only one that holds the key to my success. Not anyone else! My "stripes" were earned by putting in 100% of my own and with nothing else. 100% of my determination, persistence, dedication, hard work, self love, self respect and all the other things I cant think of now but yall catch my drift. Lol. My journey from triple chin to almost no double chin was earned not bought, not faked, not cut up. Lol.
Soooo while I cant parade around town with my "stripes" I can parade around showing off my almost no double chin (proof of my earned "stripes") and smile bigger than ever instead of faking my smile with fish lips, duck lips, squeezed in cheeks to give the illusion of a smaller face. Lmbo.
