I couldn't resist my son's two leftover soft tacos.😕 I added them into my calorie count. I also had two small 1/2 cup servings of bryers reg. Icecream. Thank God my daughter burnt the peanut butter cookies. I only ate one. Lunch was Rotisserie chicken the leg and thigh & a salad. stephmarriotti First attempt baking in my single serving pots! It will get better lol we've pretty much cut down on cooking or eating out of everything "normal sized" because it only makes us feel like we're not eating enough. Try it!!! Eat off side dish plates rather than large ones&bake in single serving pots. 3h

flabtofierce Even meal peppers get lazy sometimes... and eat cereal for dinner. but I measured out 1/2 cup of Fiber One Protein and sweetened it with frozen blueberries & almond milk. Portion control, & everything in moderation! 8h
