I can try my hardest to make it pretty but let's keep it real - my mouth was watering and ain't nobody got time for that!! However - it's so easy and if your my friend on myfitnesspal and wonder what my breakfast concoction is everyday - this is it! • 1/4 scoop @teamallmax #isonatural vanilla • 1/4 c @muscleegg • 1/3 c @coachsoats • 1/4 c shredded zucchini
• 1 tsp Chia seeds • 1 tsp Saigon cinnamon
• Kal stevia and vanilla liquid stevia to taste. • Lily's darks chocolate chips sweetened with stevia (I have this EVERY day!! Yup! Chocolate everyday! Gotta love #iifym)
Strawberries and banana as much as you want! (Mine is 14g banana and 58g strawberries)
Directions: let oats, chia seeds, zucchini, stevia and cinnamon soak for about 10 min (I do this right when I get up and get all my supps and vitamins ready while it sits) in a small pot covered. Then cook on med high heat for 5-7 minutes uncovered. Add in 1/4 c of any @muscleegg flavor (I used plain today) mid way through and stir in. When thickened - Let oats sit covered for another 3-5 minutes (I am cooking my @muscleegg omelette during the time it sits). When all is done then pour oat batter into bowl and add in 1/4 scoop of @teamallmax isonatural vanilla and stir. Then top with Lily's dark chocolate chips, fruit and I used a 1/2 tsp of each: @barneybutter cocoa coconut and @earthbalance coconut PB. I save it for the middle as my last bites. Then sip it down with coffee. Talk about flavors exploding in your mouth.
MACROS: 42g C/ 9g F/ 33g P/ 7 g fiber/ 7g sugar
