Try going back to basics, change your food around, drink plenty of water, measure your HEA/HEB's and make sure you get your 1/3 superfree every time you eat and you will loose weight! Don't give up, remember why you started. Everyone has bad weeks but you've gotta continue and before you know it you'll be at your goal weight :) try stay positive xx 4d

  •   rabiadk hmm jeg tabte mig 4-5 kilo på en uge, med dukan kuren, det jo bare at ændre livsstil. Har du prøvet spinning? cykling? det hjælper rigtig meget hvis du går til det regelmæssigt. 1w
  •   imranapari @rabiadk jeg har ikke prøvet spinning. Er det ikke vildt svært at gennemføre en hel time? Og det der med at ændre livsstil, det er ikke "bare" for mig :( Jeg kææææmper med det :( så hårdt. Vildt at du kunne tabe 4-5kg på en uge - så flot! 1w
  •   rabiadk Det er lidt hårdt, men man starter stille og roligt op, og med tiden kan du finde din egen balance, det er ikke mening at du skal cykle mega hurtigt fordi de andre gør det, du finder din metode, det er en hård time men tro mig du bliver rigtig frisk og glad for det i længden, og kommer du rutine mæssigt igang kan du tabe dig stort på ingen tid. Jeg begyndte til det og var rigtig glad for det, men blev gravid, starter op igen inshallah efter babyen. men det er også vigtigt med en god spinningstræner. jeg kan anbefale hende i ishøj svømmehal, der har de også træningslokale og spinningstimer, måske skulle du prøve det. Alle siger det er hårdt, syntes man skal prøve det et par gange, det r heller ikke så hårdt igen 1w

jaintanjul Havent really lost much weight since two months but my clothes have become a little more lose..so its not just thw weight you should concentrate , concentrate on your measurements..
