  •   babed07 @_j_2_y_ I honestly just put mrs dash or lemmon pepper on everything use a lil grape seed oil its better for u...u can use any veggies I love asparagus n zucchini right now so I just get those n season them with that same with my meats. I usually grill bake or gorge forman my meats. Ceviche is good too very healthy just dont use tomato juice. Stay away from salty foods. 1h

  •   _j_2_y_ I use my Forman a lot cuz it hot to bake I haven't used mrs dash I'm gonna go pick some up I cut any type of juice out just drinking water and green tea I have to cut 25 pounds lol 1h
  •   babed07 @_j_2_y_ thats good with ur drinks...umm mrs dash has tons of flavors too right now ive only had the original but I heard the lime one I think is really good. They really help change how ur food taste. Im really picky I hate leftovers n food that constantly tastes the same so I definitely recommend getting a few mrs dash. I seen someone try putting cinnamon n apple slices on their chicken I wana try that too...also wana try making lasagna with zucchini instead of noodles n cauliflower mash instead of mashed potatoes. 1h
