biggirllosing I'm so close to the 140's! I know the number on the scale is not what's important, it's how you feel. I just like weighing myself because it helps keep me motivated. I may not notice losing 1 or 2 pounds just by looking at my body but knowing my hard work is paying off os exciting. youmaycallmemissb Somebody is definitely on the mend from the darn flu that's got me off my groove for more than a week!! Still have some sniffles but at least I feel human again and my lungs were up for a good walk today.
I went for a walk to the local mall to get some lunch and some veggies and supplies for the week. Took the long way back home and I'm glad the sun was out for a bit to let me have some fun Not bad effort and I think I can go back to Zumba tomorrow. I wanted to wait a bit until I can handle the high intensity class I do need my shimmy ass fix do I think my lungs can cope with it tomorrow night YEAH!

I LOVE THIS!!! I have been embracing my curves and also working on having "healthier" curves with kick ass strength. We've only got one body to take care of so love every bit of it.
If you're unhappy with something, fix it but when you do, make sure you'll be content with it too. Otherwise, acceptance and self love goes a long way on the road to fabulosity!! yeah!!

Ohhhh and if lemons gets thrown your way, bring out the tequila!

Had another late start lazy Sunday so it was straight to lunch and was craving for some Ramen and siu mai. So adjustments were made to fit in my macros for the day!
#lunch - seafood ramen, Siumai. Only had half of that noodle serve. It was too much.
snack 1 - skim cappuccino
snack 2 - lamington with cream and jam, juiced beetroot, celery, pear, cucumber, ginger, carrots and lemon.
#dinner - turkey meatballs, seamed cauliflower and zucchini, stir fried Brussels sprouts with cranberry and bacon.

Post dinner snack 3 - 3 chia corn thins, salmon dip, laughing cow cheese wedge, slice of pineapple, peanut butter and jam. Yes, I was hungry!! Had a massive day walking today. Burned over 600 calorie. Yeah! #getinmybelly

Two are you drinking enough water? Sometimes what your body is indicating dehydration. 4h

ig_getfitstephy Just some crazy progress from an ordinary chic who believed it was possible to lose over fifty pounds in at least a year or less! It's not as easy as I thought but it isn't IMPOSSIBLE. It just takes hard work and commitment to oneself that if you want it you can have it. Only twenty pounds from being at a normal weight for my age and height.
