️I bent over (no homo lol) to about a 145 degree or almost parallel to the floor. ️Always keep your head up, you might it know who's behind you #srs you guys know what I mean, Lol. ️When performing, keep your torso stationary and lift the bar toward you. ️Keep your elbow close to your body and only use your forearms to hold the weight, your arms should not be performing this exercise. ️On top make the contraction and hold it for a second, then go back to your starting position. ️Take your time while performance this exercise and don't let your ego tell you to go heavy and mess up the whole exercise.

margrethefl This girl loves her #breakfast thats for sure. I don't follow a very strict diet plan, but I eat greens (almost) to every meal and try to have a healthy balanced diet. For me it's easier to eat 3 big meals then to eat small portions often. I don't say thats the way to do it for everyone though. We are all very different and in the end the most important thing is to get enough macro (protein, carbs & fat) and micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) in your body. Remember, a calorie isn't just a calorie, it depends on where it comes from.. All about that another time.
