tiny.raccoon Oops! But all things considered today wasn't TOO bad. I didn't know the banana bread had so many calories, otherwise I would have skipped it. Same with the white mocha in my coffee. nottheonlyjustin Woke up 1lb lighter again this morning... Deadlifts, sled pulls/drags, upper back hammer strength work, and heavy dumbell holds till grip failure. Not a bad day at all. I realize as the weight comes down I need to focus more on volume and workload rather than extreme reps at top set or jokers working above my training max...   •   nottheonlyjustin @cookierode well, can't really spot reduce fat, but if it stored more there it'll probably lose from there faster. 1. Learn on how weight loss works, calories in vs calories out. 2. Log everything, in a journal, online or an app like myfitnesspal, if your not logging how do you know if your going over or under your target? 3. Going slow and staying consistent. Things like strength training and conditioning can help out a ton with losing fat and body composition in general as well. Make a plan, stick to it and log everything. 46min

karina_liberation Coconut & Vanilla Blueberry Swirl Bundt Cake!! Soooo FLUFFYYYYYYYY I DIEED!! This is a DEFINITE MUST BAKE!!! Recipe!
1 1/2 cups organic white self raising flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup granulated sweetener/raw sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup apple sauce
1/3 cup low fat vanilla greek yoghurt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup low fat/light butter, melted
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup fresh blueberries

Blueberry Swirl:
1 cup fresh/frozen blueberries
1/4 cup granulated sweetener/raw sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat your oven to 180C | 360F.
Swirl:
In a small saucepan, combine blueberries, sweetener/sugar and vanilla. Bring to a gentle simmer while stirring, and allow to simmer for 10 - 15 minutes, or until a syrup forms. In the meantime, make your cake! Once the syrup has thickened, take off heat and allow to cool.
Cake:
Grease and flour a medium sized Bundt cake pan. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine flour(s), coconut, sweetener/sugar and baking powder.
Make a well in the centre of the dry mix and add apple sauce, yoghurt, eggs, butter, vanilla, and milk.
Mix well! Fold in blueberries.
Pour half the batter into prepared cake pan and spoon 1/4 of the blueberry syrup over the batter. Using the edge of a knife, lightly swirl the syrup into the batter.
Pour the remaining batter over the top and spoon 1/4 of the syrup over the top. Swirl again!
Bake in preheated oven for 60 - 70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre of the cake comes clean.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes before transferring onto a wire rack.
Top with remaining blueberries in syrup.
Yields 16 slices

PER SLICE: 94 calories 3.4g Protein | 3.6g Fat | 12g Carbs | 1.5g Fibre

mrsemilyeliseee I've got 400 calories and only fats and carbs left. marcia.case Look at those numbers! Day 4 was nearly perfect! And the best part, I was stuffed! I almost didn't eat dinner because I just didn't think I could eat anymore but I took one for the team (team ME, that is ). Anyway, the more I experiment with different food combinations, the more I enjoy doing #iifym. I even had room for Hot Tamales today! They're a trigger for me but I tested myself and I didn't eat the whole box! I had what my carbs allowed and put the rest away for later. I still don't understand the science behind iifym but I know that all the protein I'm having (that I wasn't before) rally helps keep me fuller longer. #minus100 #weightloss #myfitnesspal #mfp #smchallenge 5h
