kay_befit my oats this morning preworkout and the macros for them, totalling nearly 550 cals so I upped my macros again last night, fats have gone up my almost double not sure I can have that much in a day ngl so not sure whether to up the carbs decrease fat, but then I'd have sooo many carbs any advice? If you can restrict yourself to this number of calories on certain days, it may be the diet for youxxxx I was skeptical but apparently it's really good for you when I've researched itxxxx I might give it a go after Easter as these last few pounds won't shift despite eating healthy and exercising at least 3 times a weekxxxx 2h

  •   blondeangel46 @nicolagrant1986 You can eat up to 2000 cals so then it averages out at 1500 across the week. They say that people generally eat slightly less than that on the 5 days as the body adjusts on the fasting 500 cal days so you naturally don't require as muchx 31min

jenngetsfit_ww Life kept me just today. I ate when I was hungry, but not until the end of the day when I punched it into #mfp that I realized I ate way too low of calories, especially while burning off 800. It's 11pm and I'm having 300 more cals in this shake ISO #glutenfree vanilla whey protein, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, choc pb2, ice, & a banana.
