YOU WILL NEED: 3/4 cup rolled oats 1/4 tsp baking soda 1 tbsp white sugar, 2 tsp brown or sweetener of choice. 2-3 tbsp raisins 1 tbsp coconut oil 1/4 cup almond milk or until thick consistency pinch of cinnamon PROCEDURE Preheat oven to F. Grind the rolled oats in a blender. Add the rest of the dry ingredients to mix in blender. Add oil, milk, and raisins. It should be a sticky dough texture. Grease a cookie sheet and press down the cookies. These cookies barely rise/ expand! Bake for 6 minutes! Yields 8-12 cookies. Comment if you want the nutritional info! 2min

  •   taylorekman Mix together 8 oz 96% lean ground beef,1/3 cup chopped yellow onion, 1/2 tbsp. onion powder, 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp. parsley, 1 tsp. oregano, dash of salt
    Lightly spray cupcake pan and preheat oven to 425 degrees
    Roll into individual meatballs, placing each one into an individual cupcake slot
    Bake 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned and cooked through center
    Add your favorite red sauce or keep from unnecessary sodium, making your own️ Sauce Recipe
    Boil together --> 1 can no-salt tomato paste, 1 can no-salt tomato sauce, 1 tbsp. garlic powder or minced, 1 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. Stevia, 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning (or parsley and oregano)
