Here's how I made this bad boy: one egg plus some egg whites, spinach made into an omelette put 1/2 piece cheddar and a piece of smoked ham in the center of the omelette 3/4 piece of whole wheat #naan from #traderjoe's Dijon mustard on the warmed up naan place omelette on naan, cut in half, STACK those bad boys in too of each other and EAT!!!! 😎 9min

3x12 reverse lunges w dumbbells
5x10x2 leg extensions, dropset from 235lbs to 75lbs
4x10 leg curls @ 135lbs
Farmer carry w 45lbs plates, 100 steps
8x25 speed calf raises

Wonder if I'll be able to walk later today.

Recipe:
1/4 cup oat flour
1 egg
1/8 cup cottage cheese
1/2 scoop chocolate or vanilla whey protein

Blend all ingredients together and cook at medium heat in your waffle maker!!

keriannemcgary WAHOO!!! Decided to change up our routine this morning & made CLEAN BANANA PANCAKES, Yum!!! Not gonna lie - I definitely burnt the first batch The second time around was a SUCCESS and both kiddos practically licked their plates clean!! Here is the recipe:
* 1 banana
* 4 eggs
* 2/3 cup of rolled oats
* dash of cinnamon
* dash of pure vanilla extract (I also added additional sliced bananas & cinnamon on top) It made enough for all 3 of us to share!!!! Enjoy!!!!
