  •   jerrica18 I'm a night owl so this was good timing I do multiple home workouts a day, it sounds like more than it is. I do a p90x 3 workout, a 20 minute ab workout and a 2 mile run and that all totals maybe and hour and 20 minutes and I don't do them all in one time block usually because of work and my son. If I have more time and energy I'll throw on an extra video but that's rare @tobeproudofmyself 1w

  •   jerrica18 There are lots of cycling variations I know to be successful you can just rotate low and high days and not do no days. I mean I no days I still eat my greens which have some carbs so just know there are lots of ways to do it @tob 1w
