kisthecook Slow cooked beef rib with brown rice and kale.
Super easy. Place the ribs in a slow cooker with carrot. Celery. Onion and beef stock. Slow cook for 4 hours. Add a cup of red wine and a can of Italian diced tomatoes. Cook for another 4 hrs.
Pull apart meat and serve on a bed of brown rice and kale.

kisthecook Fattoush - probably one of then yummiest and easiest salads to make. It has cucumber, tomato, lettuce, radish, capsicum, spring onion, parsley and mint. Sprinkled with sumac and dressed with a pomegranate, lemon juice and olive oil dressing. I've had a few variations but that is my favourite.

kisthecook Dinner after a weekend of indulging a little too much. Grilled chicken with steamed broccolini and raw almonds dressed in homemade olive oil. With mixed leaf salad, avocado and cucumber dressed in balsamic.

kisthecook Great healthy party idea for both adults and kids. I made these for a morning tea today. Filled the bottom of the cups with dips - hommus, sweet potato and cashew and spicy pumpkin. Chop up carrots cucumbers celery capsicum into sticks and insert I to cups. Easy!
