This workout circuit mostly focuses on glutes and hamstrings but you can add a set of walking lunges (50) and you'll get a full lower body workout. If you are just looking to burn fat and tone up, this video has moves that will make you sore, in just 15 mins! Give it a try, results will show in 2 weeks, it's that amazing, specially the pistol squats, awtch!!! Repeat this circuit 4 times and each move 15-20 reps. No gym? No problem!
