  •   dans_healthyfood Also ich mach die immer, wenn ich zu Hause bei meinen Eltern bin. Geht nämlich am besten mit einer Küchenmaschine. Einfach Mandeln rein, mixen lassen und ich variiere die immer. Also in der sind jetzt Mandeln, bisschen Milch (dann wird die Super cremig, hält sich aber auch nicht so lange dann) und Süßungsmittel... Alles einfach so lange mixen lassen bis dir die Konsistenz gefällt @beninho86 16min

Use 1 scoop Body Fortress chocolate Super Mass Gainer, 1 scoop Body Fortress Super Vanilla Advanced Whey Isolate, 1 medium egg, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/3 cup Organic Stone Ground Whole Wheat Flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and if desired 1/2 packet Truvia. Mix together and bake for 15-20 mins checking occasionally to make sure is not burnt. Sorry I didn't keep track of how long I baked it. But you can use a toothpick to test. Have fun! :) 21min

Voei, tomei o meu limao com agua morna e bicarbonato🍋e sai sem lente, cega pelas ruas de Londres e nao-sei-como, cheguei na porta da gym (tipo cachorro q volta pra casa dps de fugir! Chega atrapalhado, meio transtornado sem saber o que aconteceu, mas chega)! Devo ter ignorado todo mundo me dando oi, pq eu nao via ninguem! Dai um personal parou na minha frente, eu falei um oi no vacuo, pq dps percebi q ele tava olhando o relogio na parede em cima de mim.Nao sei ate agora quem era, so sei q deu pra ler na camiseta: Pekscwal Trolmer (Personal Trainer? Sigo no chute). (Perdi o foco tb do assunto aqui... ) Ah ta, quero falar dessa barrinha tooop, pq ela eh mto purinha, so amassa fruta com castanhas e chega delicia pra vc se salvar na hora q nao deu pra fazer nem ao menos um cafe da manha!Essa tem so castanhas e tamaras e eh deliciosa! Late for Pilates this morning, took a glass of warm water+lemon🍋and baking soda as I couldn't prepare myself a great breakfast! Left home without my contact lenses and stayed almost blind until finishing my workout! Said "Hi" to people who weren't looking or talking to me and perhaps ignored many others who actually were!#NormalLifeWithoutLenses Anyway, what I'm trying to say here is, if I'm in a hurry, I rely on this delicious #raw #vegan little bar for a healthy snack, as it's made up of 2 ingredients: dates and cashews. #loveit The simplicity of this is probably one of it’s best qualities. It is soft and sweet without any horrible syrups or sugars.I also drunk protein shake on my way to the gym, as I like having all the macros in my meals or snacks!

afitchica Skulle kört bröst/triceps igår men var mer sugen på axlar och mage! Skithärligt pass med mycket pump i musklerna . Imorse vid nio var det dags för morgoncardio på crossen. 100 envisa minuter, tiden gick fort framför Nyhetsmorgon . Träningsvärken sen benpasset i tisdags var vidrig redan innan crossen och nu är den helt otrolig , går runt med tårar i ögonen
