Pre-run breakfast for two with the loverly @hannahbananayi: Dark cacao banana chip baked oats w/ more banana & fresh peach. Method: Crush in 1 ripe banana with 1 cup whole rolled oats. Next, add in 1 tbsp extra virgin unrefined coconut oil, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 2 tbsp molasses, and flatten the mixture into your baking dish. Next, sprinkle dark semi-sweet cacao chips on top. Baked at 375F for approx. 12 mins. Enjoy! 5d

danitadawn Thanks to @rsx_x0x I was reminded of my waffle recipe from WAY back. These strawberry-banana waffles are only 4.4g net carbs Yup, and they are pretty amazing. I topped mine with Walden Farms strawberry spread, sugar free syrup and whipped cream . Recipe is as follows:
1 egg
½ c unsweet. almond milk
2 Tbsp heavy cream
¼ c butter, melted
½ c almond flour
2 Tbsp psyllium
2 Tbsp ground flax meal
2 Tbsp coconut flour
2 Tbsp vanilla protein
2 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp sweetener
1/8 tsp salt
½ tsp flavored extract - optional, I used ½ tsp banana and ½ tsp vanilla
Combine all dry ingredients in one bowl, and all wet ingredients in another bowl. Combine. Pour batter onto waffle iron. Bake approx 3 min. Recipe makes 2 big waffles. For all my #21dayfix friends, I claim this as 1. It's also on Pinterest!

carlyh_fitness Already missing my baby abs these past couple of days I've fallen off the bandwagon. I keep eating like I'll never eat again and I'm assuming this is a somewhat normal reaction to post show feelings? Idk but I'm feeling shitty today. I start off so good and than I get to work and I'm surrounded by pizza and next thing I know I've taken 12 garlic knots to the face. I want to find balance and normalcy in the off season and IMPROVE, not throw away my 7 months of hard work which is how I feel only after days of shitty eating. Maybe it's because I'm lacking a physical goal to go after since I can't compete during the school year and I'm sure my history of having a binge eating disorder isn't helping, but I need to get my shit together like yesterday #keepingitreal 20min

Eating habits that I didn't even have before I met Shane.... 6 donuts in one sitting, 3 donuts in another, a whole pizza, a half a pizza, a container of Ben N Jerry's... Take it, learn from it, and move on. Your cravings will be even worse when you start putting GOOD back I to your body but I'm only 3 days back on track and alrwady feel better. YOU. GOT. THIS@ 4min

•Tilapia fillets •Olive oil
•Garlic powder
•Himalayan pink sea salt •Fresh lime juice
•Scallions
•Cilantro
You can use any white fish for this recipe and this would also work for tofu and chicken

missmortensen First day of the #whole30 completed and I'm not going to pretend like I thought it was easy! Last night Freya woke up so many times, in a way she hasn't done in quite a while.. Well of course.. We shouldn't risk this day to start out easy right!! All I could think of this morning as I felt I barely had energy to hold her (no joke) was easy carbs, sweets, everything forbidden! Anyway I somehow managed to get through without consuming anything forbidden, although it was on my mind A LOT! So breakfast was 2 hard boiled eggs, mushrooms grilled on the pan, 1/4 avocado and some watermelon. Lunch was chicken tenders coated in almond flour and seasoning, served with roasted cauliflower and grilled zuchinni and mushrooms. Dinner was a delicious steak (which I cut in half as it was huuuge), seasoned homemade baked potato wedges and a tomato, cilantro and cucumber salad with a homemade dressing made with Olive oil, balsamic vinegar and Dijon mustard. Tuna Pasta Casserole
8 oz whole wheat elbow macaroni
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 onion, diced
2 tbsp whole wheat flour
2 cups vegetable broth
1 cup low fat milk
1 cup mushrooms, diced
2 cup frozen peas & carrots
2 (5 oz) cans albacore tuna, drained
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus 2 tbsp for topping)
2 tbsp whole wheat breadcrumbs
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook noodles al dente & set aside || Cook onions with coconut oil until soft, then add flour and stir well || Whisk in broth & milk, then add vegetables, and cook until sauce thickens || Add tuna & cheese & cook another minute || Transfer pasta to the saucepan and mix well, then transfer everything to a lightly greased casserole dish || Top with cheddar cheese & breadcrumbs, and cook at 375F for 25-30 minutes
