ashleebuchert Need a #veggie friendly recipe!? Since going vegan 2 months ago, I've never felt better. I've learned you can CHANGE your tastebuds and you can stop cravings! 1. Garbanzo beans - mashed
2. Sautéed bell peppers/red onion (grind them)
3. Crushed nuts (I used pumpkin seeds and walnuts)
4. Egg (or not for vegan)
5. Bread crumbs (coat outside but also use some to hold it together)

shortgirlfitness #transformationtuesday I am baring my soul today😶. This isn't months or years. It is 21 days. It is 21 days of sacrifice and hard work. It is 21 days of not cheating and no easy fixes. And I have never felt better in my life. This is me GAINING one pound.
