Så först kunde jag knappt hålla ett bra löpsteg på nivå 14.. Men nu är jag MYCKET kvickare i benen! Jag kör 40s aktivt/ 15-20s vila. Brukar starta på antingen nivå 11 eller 11,5. Sen ökar jag 1 hel nivå/ rep tills jag nått upp till nivå 17.. Som jag har tills jag har sprungit de x antal km för det intervallpasset. Och dagens pass var på 7km @pontanz 5d
