mermershy Today's happiness comes from watching this gem of a movie. 'To Kill A Mockingbird' may seem like a strange source of happiness, but watching it takes me back to the days of high school when I was actually smart and felt more intellectually stimulated than I do now. It also makes me smile to think maybe some folks out there in the world are like Atticus Finch: intelligent, compassionate, strong and admirable. Superior acting also makes me happy. Gregory Peck was phenomenal. Movies aren't like this anymore. Spectacular acting and a superb story line really do make me smile on this day 52 of #100daysofhappiness. #gregorypeck #tokillamockingbird #whereisatticusfinchthesedays 39min

mellizzia *whispers* "Will you take me home?" I WILL NEVER NOT LOVE BOO RADLEY. The movie is fantastic. Not as fantastic as the book but wonderful in other ways. Except for the fact that they left out my favorite line. Ok. The acting is great and Gregory Peck is insanely hottt ok. That's all. #tokillamockingbird #harperlee #tokillamockingbirdmovie #gregorypeck #booradley #classics #watchit #watchit #watchit 10h

gregory.peck With Jean Simmons, "The Big Country" (1958)

It was said that Greg and the director of the film, William Wyler, were constantly going at it with each throughout the entire filming. Peck would eventually walk off the set, steaming mad about a particular incident and Wyler admitted to the press:
“I wouldn't direct Peck again for a million dollars and you can quote me on that.”

hepburnism Gregory Peck, Audrey Hepburn and Roger Moore at the Danny Kaye Children's Award in the Netherlands. September 1, 1991. ~ Roger Moore on Audrey: “She was a wonderful lady. Beautiful, elegant, refined, passionate and so very caring,” he says. “She gave more of herself than you can ever imagine and touched our lives. It was awful to see her health decline and her body fail but I’m so very grateful that she changed the course of my life.” | #audreyhepburn #rogermoore #gregorypeck 1d
