Heute habe ich ein echt anstrengendes Training hinter mir und war danach noch beim Türken eine riesige Wassermelonenhälfte kaufen. Die war doppelt so groß wie mein Kopf und wurde vorhin ebenfalls verspeist.
Ich mag den Glashalm total gerne, weil man ihn immer wieder verwenden kann (und so Müll vermeidet) und er den perfekten Durchmesser für Smoothies hat

rawandfruitylicious Salad bar is open!
This is one of my favorite salads:
Crispy lettuce,
baby spinach,
shredded carrot,
cucumber cubes,
apple cubes,
avocado,
walnuts,
raisins,
slightly sautéed mushrooms & onion.
+ tomato to garnish!
Sprinkle some lemon juice on top.

I could eat buckets & buckets of this. So yummy!!

vegans_for_peace The chicken and turkeys raised for food are genetically modified so their breasts are too big and heavy to be supported by their legs. That means whatever meager life they do live is in constant pain and usually involved broken limbs. This is insanely cruel, but also why would you want to put anything genetically modified in your body? Cancer cells are genetic mutations, so pumping your body with genetically modified bird cells and all the bacteria, disease, antibiotics, and hormones that come with it is POISON. 10min

Ingredients: "two super ripe organic bananas, a cup of frozen organic strawberries, 5 medjool dates, one tablespoon of hemp seeds, and a 1/4 cup of homemade almond milk - then I sprinkled some more hemp seeds on top and put in some fresh Ontario strawberries :)" #bestofvegan
