steff_massacre Sunday open gym sure! @lrpadrp and I did the filthy fifty I believe its called! Good lord what a crazy workout! I timed and see where I was up in 21mins I had 5 more wall balls to do. Rested for 5 mins and kept going! Finished under an hour at 57 mins! Pretty proud! Then rested and did a EMOM for 10mins of 3 hang squat cleans and 1 thruster. I did that at 75 because I was done! X.x THen managed to 3 sets of 10 push press! All during open gym! #crossfit #keepcharging #sundayfunday #whatareyoudoing 13h

trainmusclehard Bom dia galera! Vou ajudar a esclarecer uma dúvida que em certos casos se torna bem confusa. Qual a diferença de Atividade Física e de Exercício Físico.
Atividade Física seria toda atividade que você realiza que gera um gasto calórico maior do que ao estado de repouso, um exemplo seria: varrer a casa, lavar roupas, caminhar no fim de semana, entre outras e o Exercício Físico seria toda atividade que é planejada e repetitiva, que tem por objetivo a manutenção ou melhora dos componentes da aptidão física, um exemplo seria: exercícios feitos de 3 vezes por semana ou todos os dias (academia, caminhadas, corridas, treinos de modalidades...) teamzonefitness I usually take Sundays off but I missed a day do to the competition yesterday and I'm happy that I did. I ran into the gorgeous April Sutton @suttonstrong for those who don't know her she is an actress/stuntwoman at SAN-AFTRA/ Certified Personal Trainer/ Fitness Model and former Bikini Competitor.
