carolyn_fit I don't diet, I eat accordingly to my goals. This is what I ate yesterday.
Meal #1: egg omelette w mushrooms, corn, zucchini and yogurt cheese

Aber ich mess es sonst morgen mal ab aber ich sag mal so haferflocken sollten schon so mind. 50g sein mit 150 ml Milch kochen bis es andickt und dann 1 Teelöffel flohsamen schalen mit dazu geben und dann noch ein scoop whey ich empfehle dir wenn du erdnuss magst das peanutbutter whey von scietic kannst es aber auch ohne whey machen und auch Kakao Pulver oder was du magst rein geben 11h
