Ok ladies. Emotional post. Picture on the right is beginning of original turbo fire journey to about the middle. I don't have my end photos. They are on a lap top that won't turn out. That progress photo is 42 weeks old. I was 252-I wanna say 220ish in the middle one. The one on the right is today. I am not at my smallest. I'm actually about 8 pounds above my smallest. My original turbo fire journey gave me hope in life. It changed me in more than physical ways. But I know I have been slacking lately. And this program has just been calling to me. I just finished my first workout. And I remember why I love it. The moves came so naturally to me again. The core work is insane! Can't wait to lose another 30 pounds! Dusting off the discs was the best decision I've ever made!
