iremaltuk #walkinglunge today I changed my walking lunge set structure a little while ago and made it more intense In this video I tried to summarize it. Take your bar, walk one tour with it, leave the bar there, walk back without any weight, turn back and come to get your bar. So it makes triple-tour per set, without any rest between the tours. First tour with the bar, the following two without any weight. I do 3 sets of this and trust me it BURNS My bar in this video has 10 kg each side, making 20 in total + bar weight. You can rest BETWEEN sets, but not WITHIN them. Every tour should make approximately 20 steps. I highly suggest changing your walking lunges into this structure especially if you're intermediate-advanced level in weightlifting. Trust me and try it 4d
