Who here trains forearms?

Many people do not due to the assumption that forearm size is completely genetic. This is not the case. The brachioradialis is still a muscle, therefore if it is worked hard enough it will grow.

The exercise shown is:
- Reverse grip barbell curls

Straightforward exercise. Barbell curls with an overhand grip which will help to target the Brachioradialis

Tips:
- Best done on the day you are doing biceps.
- 3-4 sets of 10 should do the trick.
- focus on keeping the tension on your forearms as opposed to focusing on the curl movement through your biceps.
- for extra toughness, curl the bar backwards with your wrists at the top of the movement.
