My name is Ashleigh & I've lost 140 pounds. I did it the "hard" way - busting my ass and eating right. I am from North Dakota but most people assume I live in Texas because I'm Texas obsessed and wish I lived there. I don't have a uvula. My mom had me at age 15. My high school graduating class had 24 people in it. I went to hair school, but I no longer do hair. Last summer I had to file bankruptcy after the astronomical medical debt I accumulated from my daughter being born with her insides outside her body and my son having severe asthma/allergies (so humiliating). Today I make 4 figures a week by being an online fitness coach - from my couch in yoga pants and on my own terms. I've lived on a farm the majority of my life. I'm a free spirit and all that open space is how I prefer it. I am obsessed with strong, dark coffee and love trying new kinds. I'm paleo but I love beer - especially dark beer, and probably because it reminds me of coffee. I've been to a good portion of the Caribbean. I hated Jamaica. I have a terrible case of wanderlust and want to visit everywhere. Going to Greece for my 30th birthday is on my bucket list. I named my daughter Ever after Katniss in the Hunger Games - I got it from Everdeen, and chose it because they're both badasses. I completed the Whole30 in May and then jumped out of a plane in Vegas to celebrate. I spew profanity like nobody's business but "baby talk words" such as yummy, mommy, and potty make me cringe. I am obsessed with country music -so much that I flew 1300 miles to see George Strait's final concert in Dallas. I hate chick flicks. I would rather give birth without drugs than watch one. To a giant porcupine.

coachamymichelle So in an effort to help alleviate my #acidreflux/#gastritis, #endometriosis, #hypothyroidism, and #pcos symptoms, I have decided to start the #whole30 tomorrow. Yesterday, I bought my fruits, veggies, meat, chicken, fish, ghee, and nuts (spent about $160 total) and tonight, I made #paleo mayo (basically just homemade mayo), turkey sausage patties (since I couldn't find bacon without sugar, not even at #wholefoods), and avocado tuna salad. I said goodbye to my dairy, bread, #Shakeology (yep, it's not allowed due to the sweeteners) and sweets today and tomorrow, I begin. I have started a free #accountability group on FB (www.fb.com/coachamymichelle) if anyone else wants to do this with me. I'm going to need all the support I can get. This is not about #weightloss but finding out what foods my body is most sensitive too and which ones might be causing my symptoms, especially the acid reflux. For those who are farther along in the program or who have done it, what advice do you have for me? 9min

This took me a LONG time to figure out so I want to share what has worked so well for me, all my challengers and coaches. Truth is you can workout, eat like crap and look good but your results get stuck. That being said you can also workout, eat really clean but eat too much, look good and again you get stuck! This can be SO frustrating coming from someone who was there! ALL my challengers/coaches know I PREACH Paleo + Portions because that is what I've seen people including myself have the best results. Even just starting with portion control will CHANGE your body. This doesn't mean no food, I promise! So here's the deal I'm going to run another 21 Day Challenge for 5 ladies/gents looking to lose 10-15 lbs and make some healthy habits!
It will include:
- Daily accountability
- One on one coaching by me
- Portion control meal plan - 30 minute HIIT workouts - Daily Superfoods

whole30happy Haven't been posting much latley as I'm doing a lot of the same meals day to day. Most of my meals have been consisting of some type of baked veggies with a few handfuls of almonds here and there and lean protien like fish or eggs.
