tinalyzing OMG! Super easy Stuffed Oven Roasted Sweet Potatoes. I looovvveee sweet potato anything lol. What you need

1 sweet potato
1 handful sliced mushroom
1 tbsp olive oil
5 almonds (or nuts of your choice
1 small slice of goat cheese
What to do:

1. Wash sweet potato and oven roast at 180 degrees Celsius till soft.
2. Pan fry mushroom in olive oil adding desired herbs and spices and set aside.
3. Chop almonds and toast them in a dry hot pan. Slice a piece of cheese.
4. Peel (optional) and cut the sweet potato in the centre and then add toppings: mushroom, cheese, nuts.
I served mine with a natural Greek yogurt and seaweed to compliment the sweetness.

white_swan__ Hello my lovely follower what's your dinner today? Mine was a creation of leftover dryed peas, tomatoes, tomato paste, mushrooms, onion and garlic. Seasoned with cumin, salt, pepper, dryed red pepper. On top I've added a little bit of feta cheese and baby spinach. Seriously yummy, healthy and easy to make.

I try to make a fruit and veggie packed drink every day, especially in the summer️ Not only are they oh so refreshing but they're a great source of long lasting energy for those days spent outside and on the go! I bet no one ️can guess my secret ingredient to making such a rich and creamy smoothie!
Wait for it.... Wait for it.....
️TOFU!! ️ Say what?! Tofu in a smoothie!? yeah, that's right. Tofu blends so nicely and is super high in protein, adding much nutrition and such a rich texture.
Because you know sometimes I don't want that grainy taste of protein powder, so I thought I would try something else! It looks and tastes fabulous This shake consists of fruits, greens, legumes, AND protein.
️one banana
️handful if fresh raspberries
️generous pour if frozen blueberries ️spinach and kale mix
️tablespoon of peanut butter
️1/5 of a tofu block (8 grams I protein according to trader joes label)
️coconut water
️green plant superfood juice (odwalla, naked, and trader joes make their own version of this) BLEND to your desired consistency aaaand

RECIPE
Make a mix of mini marshmallows, blueberries and strawberries
put mix in waffle cone and wrap cone in aluminum foil
place in fire until mini marshmallows are melted
