twiglettohealthy Part two of afternoon snack is a pb and "j" (the jelly is just microwaved strawberries + stevia). Ed has been pretty quiet for the past few days, but today the voices are especially loud. Today I decided I should have some changes in my diet (eating less processed foods, eating more, etc) and I ended up restricting my breakfast, and making it up later because I was starving. I want to have changes like adding in more food and stuff, but the idea of change scares me so much. Could somebody show me what foods they eat to reach their calories (like an example of your breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks?) because I'm having trouble reaching 1,200 a day thanks! 13h

  •   sadbecca i wish i had trouble eating 1,200 a day! i've been aiming for 1200 bc i'm trying to lose weight healthily (should change my username...) anyway today i had an isalean protein shake (isalean is all natural) for breakfast, yogurt w/blueberries for and cheese and crackers for lunch, a banana and peanutbutter for a snack, and salmon and veggies for dinner. everything was 1200! prob boring foods but hope i helped some 12h
  •   rachelvandenberg I would suggest 1/2cup of oatmeal or breakfast(mix some protein powder in there for a protein punch ) for snack throughout the day I eat nuts/fruit/cottage cheese an yogurt/veggies/. My go to lunch is always eggs with avacado and rye cracks. And dinner is unusually ground turkey with sweet potato and green veggies!! Hope that helps! I usually at for 1500-1600 calories a day!! @twiglettohealthy 9h
