elleclio Day 13 of #TheYogiProject is Titibasana, and @life_of_jafu gave us the word motivation.

What motivates me... I have so much in my life that gives me drive, but the biggest one over the past couple of years has been a baby photo of mine that I keep close to my heart. When I'm feeling unmotivated in my life and I hit a rut or a fork in the road, I pull out a picture of me from when I was a really chubby one year old, and ask myself what I would want for that little girl. It's what I used to get myself back into school, get/stay sober, switch career paths and pretty much every other big positive thing I've done for myself.
