kickash_fitness I admit when this program first came out I stomped my feet yelling "THATS NOT ENOUGH FOOD WHILE BREASTFEEDING NO THANK YOU!" I thought it was a gimmick and not for someone like me who knows how to eat and portion controls. Let me just say I WAS WRONG! I'm eating a lot! But instead of guessing I know exactly what and how much to eat each day! And I can have chocolate and wine! The workouts fit perfect into my schedule! A 60 min workout at 10pm just doesn't work for me I have zero energy by then. But a quick 30 min one? No problem!!! I'm down lbs I'm just 4 days!!!! Say what?! If you have weight to lose JOIN ME! chakfitness How often do you feel like you put in the effort, the time and sacrifice a lot, yet you feel discourage because you feel you are not getting results?
By just simply changing the focus the outcome will be different.
Here is 3 things you can do to to change that:
1.A good effort is a necessary to make a change now it helps if you have a support system someone to be accountable for. Try asking someone to be your accountability partner, a family member, friend, neighbour, a group class, they don't have to live in the same country. The people that have accountability partners there are most likely to achieved results.
2. Time for most of us is precious and if we feel that we are spending a lot of time on something yet nothing is changing we tend to abandoned ship. Try to reduced the amount of time spending on your workouts or at the gym and switch for quality vs quantity, instead of working out 2 to 3 times a week look for 25 to 30 min a day 5 times a week you will be more consistent therefore you will start noticing changes more often.
3. We all known sacrifice is part of change now if there is no motivation that sacrifice seems unrealistic. Try setting some challenging goals for your self, a race, competition, event, a special date, what ever the challenge is tell everyone about it this will make it real. Journaling your progress will keep on track and motivated. getaccountablewithamanda Remember how great my results were from #T25.. I do and I sabotaged those results with poor food choices and not working out. I was so relieved when #21dayfix came out.
