tony_absthetic Ive been on a mini shred these last 10 days for a photo shoot. Ive seen some great results in just 10 days. My cut consisted of cleaning up my diet, adding one 20 min high intensity cardio session a day, increasing the intensity of my workouts by shortening the rest times which allowed me to keep the weight up while still feeling a great burn and inducing sweat (This increased intensity by increasing my average heart rate ) and I also have been using a lot of green tea coffee extracts from drinks like @celsiusofficial_sd, vitamin waters fruit waters and natural green tea. All these have shown me great results. I went down close to 2% body fat. I dont take fat burner or water pills and haven't used much preworkout since the celsius drinks. I changed back to my clean protein @musclepharm combat powder. Im Glad that with dedication, hard work and applying the right fundamental I can see great results in my cut.
