You have to ask your self. Do you want to lose weight? Or Fat?
Because there is a big difference.
Understand there is only 2 things you can do to FAT. Option you can #EatClean and #TrainHard and allow muscle to burn fat, or option surgically remove it. Body wraps and Corsets only holds up fat, and compresses visceral organs. Not to mention, weakens back muscles leading to back pain.

  •   reckperformance I can't tell you what to buy or not to buy, what I can tell you is, exercising and just adjusting your diet, will keep the fat off. A waist trainer and continued bad habits will just be a temporary hold. @cherokee187 3mon
