mariatstone 10min meal!!! Quick, healthy and cheaper than a take away!!! After teaching Aqua Zumba this morning, I came home hungry and made a salad with what I found in the fridge. I grated: 1 carrot, less than 1/4 cauliflower and 1 zucchini added some avocado pieces, dash of extra virgin oil and apple cider vinegar plus salt and pepper, mixed it all together then added grilled chicken on top. tastytidbit Quick easy meal! Miso soup with soba noodles, tofu, broccoli, carrot, with a kick of ginger and chili. Cooked soba noodles for 4 min. Added sliced broccoli, carrot, tofu, chili, ginger juice, splash soy, and cooked till tender. Removed from heat and stirred in a dollop of miso paste. 10 min meal!
